1. How will my order ship?

Art prints, originals

All of these products are shipped by me with extra care from my home country China (Asia East). The shipping is available worldwide, with a tracking number included, and the delivery time can take from 15 to 30 days depending of each country's postal service, and may take longer due to high volume of orders. I would provide you with a tracking number as well as constant communication for updates on your order.

Local Orders (China) will take an estimate of 4 to 5 days to arrive :)

2. Will I be charged customs for my order?

I make sure to send your orders as a "gift" to avoid extra fees or customs. However, additional customs and tax fees can occur on international orders on certain countries (Ex. countries from the EU). This fee is not in my control and is assessed by your local customs office. Customs policies vary widely for every country so please check with your local customs office directly to see if they apply duties and taxes to your purchases.

3. Is the shipping worldwide?

The shipping is available worldwide in most countries. Make sure to check the availability down below, and shipping rates at check-out, as well as the customs and fees that may apply to your country.

For all commissions (pet portraits) and original paintings, the shipping is worldwide and free.

4. My order got lost/ damaged

If there is a problem with your order, please communicate with me immediately via TheLittlePaws.TLP@gmail.com with your order details and a video. If the fault is not yours, we will review the issue and arrange an appropriate remedy (partial or full refund).

5. When can I submit my photo?

You may submit photos before or after purchase via the website’s lower-right Live Chat. I will confirm details once I receive your photo.

6. What are the photo requirements?

Please provide high-resolution photos with even, natural lighting and a clear subject; avoid backlighting, blur or severe over-exposure. Multiple angle shots help improve likeness — view on a computer and enlarge to check clarity.

7. What paper and paints do you use? Will the colors fade?

We use acid-free watercolor fiber paper (~210 g) and professional watercolors for good archival quality and surface performance. To prolong color life, avoid prolonged direct sunlight and consider framing with UV-protective glazing.

8. How long is production? Can I rush my order?

Typical production + shipping time is 3-5 weeks (may be longer during holidays/peak seasons). Rush service may be available — please request via Order Notes or Live Chat (may incur extra fees).

9. Can I request revisions after delivery?

Small adjustments are handled during the pre-production confirmation stage. Since each piece is a unique hand-painted original, post-delivery revisions are handled case-by-case. Please list all preferences early to minimize changes later.

10. Can I get a refund?

All of our portraits are made-to-order, hand-painted custom artworks. Each piece is uniquely created to your specifications, therefore no refunds can be given once the piece is completed. You are welcome to provide as many details as you like before work begins.

11. How should I care for and frame the painting?

Keep out of direct sunlight—UV rays accelerate pigment fading.
Control humidity: excessive moisture can soften the paper and cause mildew.
Check the artwork regularly; if condensation appears inside the glass, replace the acid-free backing board promptly.
